Required Experience:

1、 Related degree from an accredited institution of higher learning，major in interior design, environmental art, fine arts, etc.；

2、At least 3 years experience in the interior design industry，Have working experience in sales office, sample room and other real estate projects；

3、With a strong sense of indoor space, the color grasp more accurate, familiar with the material and can make full use of；

4、Practical and stable, responsible, proactive, able to actively and carefully handle work matters; Have good communication skills and good at teamwork；

5、Skilled in using CAD, PPT, PS ，3DMAX，Office and other software。

Job Requirements：

Required Experience：

2、Have more than 2 years of experience as the person in charge of large and medium-sized projects, as well as experience in hosting and organizing the hard installation design of tooling projects such as model houses, sales offices and commercial space；

3、Excellent program design ability and sketching skills, keen thinking, certain pursuit and understanding of design；

4、Good professional quality, high professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills；

5、Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong work coordination ability and anti-pressure ability；

5、Responsible for daily management of the department, design ability training and business ability assessment of subordinates；

6、Responsible for organizing the collection and sorting of required design materials, establishing and improving the design material library；

7、Familiar with the industry trends at home and abroad, and provide sufficient technical support to the team；

8、Support and cooperate with the general manager in the planning and implementation of major decisions of the company。

Required Experience：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in interior design, environmental art, art design, etc., more than 7 years of soft decoration design experience, more than 3 years of team management experience in well-known enterprises；

2、More than 5 years' experience as a person in charge of large projects, hosting and organizing the soft decoration of sales offices, model houses and other projects；

3、Familiar with the procurement channels of all materials and soft assembly parts market；

4、Familiar with the design and management process of real estate clients；

5、Good art skills, with a certain sensitivity to color, material matching and modeling；

6、Good language skills and communication skills；
